Payments Deployment Specialist , you will be tasked with onboarding new customers by guiding them through the transition from signing up for our software to being trained on the platform. Your key responsibility will be to
configure our payments products
for the customers’ needs and continually update your customers with what tasks are pending.This position requires the ability to develop a deep understanding of product features, have immaculate
follow-up and communication skills , as well as provide internal feedback on how certain features/operations are working in the field. Serving as a subject matter expert in the customer’s configuration, you will remain engaged in follow-up initiatives and any Support related issues. Successful candidates will exude passion for improving our product suite by being a customer advocate, appreciation for working with great internal teams and customers, and the leadership experience and fortitude to complete implementations seamlessly and efficiently.The myKaarma Payments Deployment Specialist will configure all products ordered by the customer, including setting up
Merchant Credential Boarding, Online and Retail Payments, Terminal Logistics, Payment Processing, Software Training, and Fraud Prevention Products , to name a few. You are ultimately responsible for launching customer success and should be seen by the customer as a product expert and trusted advisor. As such it requires a highly motivated and outgoing individual that welcomes building new professional relationships!The Payments Deployment Specialist will be responsible for the following:Maintaining the flow of contract to cash by the completion of orders in a timely manner.Prioritizing among competing projects, balance customer needs with product capability, and the ability to clearly articulate our implementation process and product requirements.Fulfilling project management responsibilities serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner within myKaarma throughout the software implementation phases.Identification of root causes of configuration issues and resolve them independently.Navigating different vendor platforms in order to set up integrations for new and existing customers.Creating and managing work plans that support customer implementations.Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensuring resource availability and allocation.Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Anticipating and managing project risk.Guiding the team towards completing projects within the defined scope and time.Maintaining regular contact with active customers including weekly project status meetings.Providing responsive, high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.Gaining intimate knowledge of the customer’s use of myKaarma products and educating them on new features they are not using to uncover new business opportunities.Handling urgent customer concerns and escalating internally when necessary.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.Flexibility to be involved in a variety of projects to achieve overall payment team goals.Skills & Qualifications:Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)Software deployment: 1 year (Required)Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)Payments experience: 2 years (Preferred)Good written and verbal communication skillsWell organized with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeWeekend/Early/Late availability based on location and customer needsWe Offer:A casual, flexible working environment where we encourage values like “Active Dissent” with a highly aligned-loosely coupled organization that consistently achieves disproportionate results by using data driven decision making.We offer a mix of office/work-from-home with a core focus on “getting the job done!”Paid medical/dental/vision/life/disability benefitsUnlimited vacation time (subject to some practical constraints)Unlimited snacks (in the office)401(k) & matchingPhone bill allowanceApply
