Oracle Fusion Administrator , you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and support of Oracle Fusion Applications. You will play a key role in managing the ERP system, ensuring its performance, security, and availability. Your expertise will support the smooth functioning of financial, supply chain, and other enterprise applications within the Oracle Fusion suite.This role is an onsite/hybrid role based at any of the Shift4 core locations: Center Valley, PA (HQ), Las Vegas, NV, Tampa, FL, Morrisville, NC, and Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance may be available.Responsibilities:Configure, manage, and maintain Oracle Fusion Applications, including Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, and others.Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of the Oracle Fusion environment.Help project manage deployment of patches, updates, and upgrades to the Oracle Fusion Applications.Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within Oracle Fusion.Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion, Palantir Foundry, and Salesforce.Ensure data integrity and consistency across Oracle Fusion modules and integrated systems.Oversee data migration and transformation processes as needed.Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within Oracle Fusion.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies regarding data security and privacy.Conduct regular audits and assessments of system security and access controls.Identify and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.Work closely with Oracle support and other technical teams to address complex issues and implement enhancements.Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and functionality.Support ERP-related projects, including system enhancements, new module implementations, and upgrades.Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications administration or similar ERP systems.Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HCM) and their configurations.Proven experience with system integration, data management, and user support.Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and integration tools.Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Desired Qualifications:Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist).5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications administration.Experience with additional Oracle Fusion modules or advanced features.Background in managing large-scale ERP projects or system implementations.Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.Experience with ERP integration tools and middleware.Familiarity with other ERP systems and their integration with Oracle Fusion.Proven track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong project management and leadership skills.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
