Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.Excellent hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.Analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains, and enhances project requirements.Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills.Experience with IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap, and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, and IBM FileNet.Experience in tool evaluation and recommendation in the ECM space.Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations.Experience in working with global teams.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
