We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN Unit Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in NC.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role.

Minimum 3 years of experience as LPN.

NOTE:

Candidates must know PCC, POC, MAR, TAR. Able to float between Skilled, LTC, and Memory Care. Able to communicate effectively, professionally, and respectfully with all team members and residents. NCNS will result in termination of contract. ALL RTO MUST be provided to the agency prior for center approval before confirmation of contract.
