And we want you.SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)As a SAP PO Developer – Applications, you will be a part of the Application teams at our Global Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. Bell is in the process of a significant business transformation activity. The selected candidate is expected to support development and delivery of business-critical technology solutions in support of Future Factory, Future Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution and ERP transformation.What You’ll be doing as a SAP PO DeveloperCollaborate with business analysts and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective middleware solutions using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and Axway.Design and develop integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO, CPI (BTP/Integration Suite) to enable seamless communication between different SAP and non-SAP systems.Configure and customize SAP PI/PO adapters, mappings, and routing rules to ensure smooth data flow between systems.Develop and optimize SAP PI/PO, CPI (BTP/Integration Suite), and Axway interfaces for efficient data transmission and error handling.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for SAP PI/PO, CPI integration scenarios as well as provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PI/PO, Axway, and CPI interfaces.Stay current with the latest middleware technologies and best practices.Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures as well as identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting tasks/assignments.Close working relationships with other IT teams (Peers) and Bell customers as appropriate and proactively resolve production problems quickly and effectively.Skills You Bring to This RoleWorking knowledge of SAP applications using IDOCS, RFC, Proxy, and partner profiles.Must have demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and must have the ability to work independently and as a team member.Good communication (written and oral) interpersonal skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.Preferred: Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, prior working experience as SAP technical consultant, integration experience with Cloud Apps like SFDC, Ariba, etc., experience in building microservices, and experience in working with multiple middleware platforms.Preferred: Any work experience demonstrating responsibility, work ethic, customer experience. Personal discipline, interpersonal communication, leadership skills, and professional associations.What You Need to be Successful6+ years of hands-on experience using SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration).Bachelor’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred.Proficient in SAP PI/PO development, including configuration, mapping, and adapter usage.Experience with various PI/PO adapters (IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, etc.) and their configuration.Knowledge of SAP ABAP and Java programming languages for custom development within SAP PI/PO.Understanding of integration concepts and familiarity with Web Services, REST, and Microservices.Proficient in building B2B interfaces using EDI messages.Understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.What we offer you in returnYou’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule.80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO).120 hours Vacation time.12-13 paid holidays per year.6 weeks parental leave.On-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor.Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups.And so much more.It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
