The
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program Delivery Manager
will be responsible for providing support to Hurricane Helene/Milton clients associated with the FEMA PA Program and/or other special programs as needed. The FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager will support clients on-site.
Responsibilities for the
FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager
Include:
Providing support for financial duties supporting a disaster recovery program, including gathering documentation, developing procedures, performing financial reconciliation, ensuring guidance/policy compliance, creating reports, and other tasks as assigned by the client.
Drafting guidance to clients on the eligibility of FEMA PA costs related to disasters.
Qualifications for the
FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager
Include:
A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience preferably in management consulting or in a role directly supporting the FEMA PA Program.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).
Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications for the
FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager
Include:
Experience with federal grant programs, specifically including FEMA PA.
Previous experience advising applicants on the eligibility for FEMA PA costs related to disasters.
Previous experience supporting disaster recovery programs, including financial reporting, cost tracking, grant formulation, or grant audit and closeout.
Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., public administration, business, finance, construction management, emergency management).
Compensation for the
FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager
Includes:
Salary range of $70,000 - $110,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
