Senior React Native Developer

Best Life is looking for motivated software development engineers who can utilize their programming knowledge and skill sets to implement high-quality solutions in support of our goals.

Role

Comprehend and implement software development requirements, ensuring ease of use, creating unit tests, documenting, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting our implementation.

Troubleshoot, fix, and support Best Life frontend software as required.

Implement primarily React Native mobile and limited React web with Material UI.

Utilize Sentry.io for monitoring and troubleshooting.

Use Sanity Content Management System (CMS).

Interact with the LLIF cloud backend via REST API.

Securely sync data with authenticated 3rd party platforms that provide environment and health data like Apple Healthkit, Google Fit, Fitbit, Health Connect, etc.

Develop in private GitHub repositories managed by agile development methods.

Participate in daily remote east coast USA 8 AM EST agile standup meetings.

Preferred Experience

BS in a technical discipline (computer science, cyber security, math, engineering, etc.) with 3 years experience, MS with 2 years experience, PhD with 1 year experience, or anyone with greater than 5 years experience.

Experience with web and mobile frontend software development using React Native, React, and Material UI.

Experience with Apple Healthkit and Google Fit desired.

Experience interacting with large scale data platforms via REST API.

Proactively work with your team to create elegant solutions from first principles thinking and solve complex problems.

Capable of creatively presenting complex cross-domain data via web and mobile interfaces.

Experience with GitHub code repositories and agile development.

Experience leveraging AI to improve productivity.

$118,298.00 - $126,000.00 per year
