Technical Skill:Should have 8+ years of experienceGathering requirements / construct data builds from requirementsAdvise and lead customer team on data migration strategy, design, and implementationLead testing and data validation cyclesKnows data crunch through data migrationAbility to provide recommendationsInterface with business and build data setsPractical knowledge and experience in functional areas: SD/MM, FI/CO, PP/QM modulesConsult with technical/functional leads and team members to design solutions to support business requirementsWork with the team to develop and test functionality that meets documented designWork with product owner, technical lead, and the team to estimate time requirements for larger pieces of workOrganize tasks and personal time to complete multiple, diverse tasksProactive issue identification and recommendations on resolutionMaintain high degree of knowledge/understanding of SAP technologies, business processes, and solutions, keeping current with release levels and industry issuesProject Management is an additional advantage4-year degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
