You will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of both our SaaS product and the digital marketing landscape. Your primary focus will be to drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth.This position requires free-thinking and self-motivated top performers. Sitecore is in the unique position of being well established and best-of-breed in our industry while still being dynamic enough for you to have a major impact on the rapid and explosive growth of our company. This position calls for a driven individual who thrives on winning new business, understanding the complex business challenges of your prospects, and clearly communicating the value of a Sitecore solution to various client audiences.What You’ll Do:Upsell and cross-sell current customer base and identify growth or compliance-related opportunities working customers through full sales-cycleBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsPromote the Sitecore suite of solutions through direct and indirect methods to existing customersAssist in the creation of campaigns targeted SMB customer base and prospectsEducate clients on the benefits and capabilities of the productsProvide guidance on product usage and best practicesProspect into key identified accountsWhat You Need To Succeed:Proven experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the SaaS industryExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and data-driven mindset. Problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approachAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SaaS productsPossess high empathy and excitement for what can be defined as digital customer experienceTenacious, ambitious, self-starter, naturally curious, highly coachable, high emotional intelligence and self-awareWhy you should click ‘Apply’:Sales and Customer Success are the key to our success!
