Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.The Solution Specialist is responsible for developing new B2B customers by creating strategic relationships that lead to future deals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Initiate and cultivate relationships with new prospects in your designated target market.Develop new sales leads, emphasizing solutions that align with our strategic goals.Secure new customers by proactively identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the designated target market.Achieve annual sales goal and maintain target Gross Profit %.Collaborate with prospective customers to create packaging solutions that meet their specific needs, focusing on application and production requirements, not just price.Identify and qualify key decision makers to create new sales opportunities and close accounts.Achieve all activity and results performance metrics assigned by management, including annual sales targets and quotas.Maintain accurate quote documentation, develop account sales budgets, and penetration plans in collaboration with management.Follow up on all leads and sales opportunities to ensure a high close rate in line with company goals. Utilize company-branded sales and marketing materials to deliver effective presentations outlining the advantages of our Products and Services.Stay current on industry trends and emerging markets, bringing new ideas and enhancements to customers.Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.Attend trade shows, industry events, and make targeted account visits within the defined sales territory and market.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree desired. Additional B2B Sales Training is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling product packaging, chemical ingredients, or consumable industrial supplies to new customers, where prospecting and relationships are critical to success.A proven track record of consistently achieving quota in a business development role.Proficiency with CRM systems for activity reporting and the Microsoft Office suite.Core Competencies:
