Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

Candidates needed to be living in Penang to apply for this role.Overview:We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. You will be responsible for technical and administration activities of IT server and services which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration. You will also take in charge of troubleshooting and providing solutions if there are any issues. You will be reporting to IT Manager and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an IT infrastructure team.Key Responsibilities:Managing virtualization infrastructure such as VMware, Nutanix, VDI, etc.Administration of Windows server and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File server, ERP, etc.Implementing and managing DevOps system.Monitoring the performance of all software and hardware, installing servers, configuring systems, and making sure every technical aspect is running smoothly.Supporting and driving other daily server operations and security tasks.Giving hands-on user support in the office and remotely.Writing user manuals and KB in ServiceNow.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related qualification.5+ years of working experience in system administration.Worked with and administered VMware, Nutanix, VDI, ERP, Windows Active Directory and Backup solution.Experience of administration, configuration and maintenance Windows Server (version 2012 to 2022) and Unix Server (Ubuntu, RedHat).A little bit of programming/scripting experience e.g. PowerShell, bash or python.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Self-driven, good at learning and breaking down complex topics.Managing your own work from start to finish.Having customer-centric orientation.High attention to detail and accuracy.Teamwork & Partnership.Willingness to travel and work outside of local business hours occasionally.Having relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified) are preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary/bonus based on working performance.Excellent training program.Opportunity for promotion.Fair assessment.Insurance package including social and medical and unemployed insurance.Dynamic people.Team-oriented environment.Sport activities and Annual company trip.
