Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Data Visualization Specialist in our Enterprise Services Group Business Unit. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. This Specialist will work as part of a team that develops and delivers Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data visualization solutions to the government customer. This position supports our customer MilTech Solutions - PEO C3T.
Location can be fully remote, with a preference for candidates in commuting distance to Aberdeen Proving Grounds-APG.
This role provides Data Visualization support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. Team members are respected and recognized for their role on the team. There is potential for professional development and career growth for motivated candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Highly Proficient in Power Apps developmentHighly Proficient in SharePoint Online (SPO)Highly Proficient in Power AutomateExperience with Army 365 (A365) or Microsoft Office 365Proficient in data modelingProficient in data visualization designProficient in data security conceptsSolid understanding of requirements gathering and analysis
Desired Qualifications:
Awareness of Army or Department of Defense (DoD) Human Resources (HR) systems and processesGeneral understanding of Microsoft AccessExperience with Army VantageProficiency with Dataverse
Required Certifications:
COMPTIA SEC+; Related computing environment certification (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400)
Key Responsibilities:
Support development and delivery of data visualizations and Power Apps in support of HR team requirementsDevelop and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in accordance with customer requirementsDirect engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectationsData model developmentStakeholder communications including formal and informal presentationsDevelop data visualization solutionsDefine and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedulesCreation of dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) solutions based on key performance indicators and customer requirementsAcquire and manage Power BI Premium Capacity workspacesDevelop and share training and reference materials
