This role is responsible for delivering digital government services that drive efficiency and cost savings for Arkansas government agencies.As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary subject matter expert for a low-code application development platform that allows users to build and host Enterprise-Class applications with little to no code and minimal investment. Your daily work will include meeting with Account/Project Managers, reviewing and understanding application requirements and specifications, as well as designing, configuring, testing, debugging, maintaining, and deploying applications using the platform. Additionally, you will become familiar with other products offered by the Little Rock, Arkansas location and be primarily responsible for setting up new instances of these products for Arkansas government partners.You will work closely with the Business Operations team to gather requirements, provide mock-ups and/or demos and train the client users on the products. Other responsibilities may include documenting requirements, writing test plans, executing quality assurance (QA) testing as well as leading the client in user acceptance testing (UAT). You will assist Project Managers in transferring the delivered product to the support team and take the lead on resolving incidents related to products.Location

Demonstrate ability to understand government partner business processes and apply these to each product implementation.Demonstrate excellent people skills and ability to build client relationships.Maintain a courteous, professional and confident demeanor throughout the implementation process.Collaborate with account/project managers, as well as technical staff to understand user requirements, identify, and build solutions.Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to solve business problems.Design, configure, test, debug, maintain, and deploy applications according to requirements.Estimate project timelines based on functional specifications and requirements.Complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Implement and maintain product or system features in order to solve scoped problems. Asks for guidance when necessary.Take ownership of solutions.Participate in regular team meetings.Communicate with and learn from other team members.Ask questions and seek assistance when appropriate without needing repeat guidance on the same topics. Must be a quick learner and a self-starter.Communicate frequently and openly with the manager for clarification and discussion around strategic reasoning.Effectively communicate their individual work. Asks clarifying questions to confirm understanding of problems and/or next steps and follows up as necessary.Demonstrate excellent partnering, communicating, and negotiating skills to gather client requirements and communicate effectively with the Project Managers, Development, DBA’s and Support staff.Maintain composure under pressure and accurately evaluate and resolve problem situations.Work effectively in a fast paced, team based, customer service-oriented environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred and/or relevant work experience.Work Experience: 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Location: Live in the Little Rock area or central Arkansas area (within 30 miles of Little Rock).Possesses both technical and non-technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to conceptualize, plan, develop and deliver a variety of creative solutions.Possesses understanding of programming techniques or advanced formula skills within Excel.Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Familiarity and ease with Mac computer systems and Microsoft Office products.Ability to travel locally for meetings with partners.Experience working successfully in a remote-first environment.Other helpful skills include:

Understanding of User Experience (UX) design practices.Understanding of APIs.Familiarity with Regular Expressions, XML, and JSON structure.Experience with API testing tools like Insomnia or Postman.Design and configuration of user interfaces for web applications.Great Place to Work & Grow Your Career
