Relevant Experience:
2-3 yearsServing as lab admin for Sample Prep team and Entomology team.Learn and document how the team is using Labware, future needs, capabilities, and support problems.Management, Instrument Interfaces, Lot, Sample Management.Serve as an interface between stakeholders and IT.Resolve or escalate LIMS issues to appropriate IT teams.Prioritize team LIMS needs for fixes and/or enhancements, serving as the point of contact/rep to DSI and IT.Ability to learn and understand lab, field, and greenhouse operations.Experience with Agile Software development and use of Aha!Proven ability to support a large organization that spans multiple locations.Roles and Responsibilities:
LIMS configuration as a LIMS admin for Labvantage.LIMS support to fix and/or escalate issues to appropriate IT teams.Candidate will be coordinating across multiple teams to unblock challenges and progress each delivery item.
