with powerful, data driven insights that transform defense systems and improve capabilities.We are pleased to announce the opening for a Missile Defense Threat Systems Analyst, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Colorado Springs, Colorado and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team that supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Threat Modeling Center (TMC) by providing threat signature development and modeling support.Responsibilities:Coordinating with internal MDA and external stakeholders to determine threat needs for Integrated Master Test Plan events.Coordinating with MDA/DEI and the Intel Production Centers to obtain intelligence assessments and reference data necessary to define and build threat models consisting of kinematic, RF, and IR models.Evaluating intelligence data and providing technical reviews of associated Threat Model Requirements Documents produced by the prime contractor. Articulate change recommendations.Providing verification and validation recommendations of prime contractor produced kinematic, RF, and IR models. Articulate change recommendations.Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and the prime contractor in the development of event verification and validation documentation which compares all threat models to the latest intelligence assessments. Articulate change recommendations.Recognizing and understanding shortfalls in threat data generation capability and how advances in technology can be used to improve threat representation, particularly in areas of ablation and radio frequency / electro optical / infrared signatures.Working with the MDA Core Truth Models team to identify and evaluate software applications to support the emerging threat signature requirements.Working with other members of the MDA team to integrate efforts and meet M&S program objectives for MDA events and real-world activities.Supporting TMC M&S threat software/tool development in support of integrated threat production capability (kinematic and signature threat data generation).Representing the government and interfacing with contractors at technical interchanges.
