Senior Front End Software Engineer

to support the development of our C2 platform, Lattice, for our defense and commercial customers. The Senior Front End Software Engineer strives to leverage their experience with web-based technologies to rapidly architect, design, deliver, support, and evolve next generation autonomous vehicle UI/UX through the entire product life-cycle.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Partner with Anduril Product SW team to:

Develop new post-mission analysis workflowMature Lattice's commercial mission supportImprove operators' ability to command and control (C2) many assetsMinimize the burden for the operator to manage multiple vehicles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or another related technical degree, or equivalent work experienceExperience developing software for user interface applications, especially high-traffic, data-intensive, or map-based systemsProven ability to empathize with users, to break down user needs into software features, and to balance the ideal user experience with practical engineering constraintsMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency with modern backend/middleware programming languages such as C++ or RustFamiliarity with client/server networking technologies and relationships such as TCP/UDP/Multicast, HTTP (REST), or protobuf/gRPCExperience with developing mission planning software for military operationsUS Salary Range:$168,000 - $252,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
