These warehouses comprise a crucial component of Expeditors’ logistics system, and you would play a key role with many challenges and opportunities.We are looking for people who are excited to work as part of a small collaborative and supportive team to tackle challenging problems and improve processes. In this role, you would help implement solutions for the provisioning and configuration of our rugged mobile computers/scanners, work on strategic initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support to our end users.This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.Downtown SeattleLynnwoodBellevue (Factoria)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience with mobile device management of Android-based devicesExperience with Android Wi-Fi settings and troubleshootingDemonstrated abilities in a scripting or programming languageDemonstrated strong technical aptitudeAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issuesSelf-directed learnerAble to document processesExcellent teamworkA passion for process improvementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree in Information Technology (or similar), or comparable work experienceMobiControl experienceZebra StageNow experienceExperience with network troubleshootingExperience with Honeywell and Zebra mobile computersApplicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not transfer or sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (such as an H-1B visa) for this opportunity.Expected base salary:
