We’re looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer

to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

As a DevSecOps Engineer , you are responsible for actively developing and implementing end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring processes are both secure and efficient. Collaborate with clients, designing and implementing Kubernetes or Docker solutions. Take part in building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring a smooth software update process. Furthermore, actively participate in the application of GitOps principles for software delivery.

Additionally, I ensure that development and software continuous delivery and integrations uses security best practices throughout the process

I ensure capabilities deployed meet security requirements and test. Works with cloud deployment activities to ensure configurations meet STIG or DOD

required

security standards.

What we are looking for:

Three plus years of relevant hands-on experience

Develop and implement end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles

Experience with AWS and cloud technologies

Good grasp of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies

Networking experience

Experience or knowledge of Service-Mesh, such as Istio

Good knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab

Experience in software systems development using CI/CD pipelines

Strong problem-solving skills

Familiar with Java, Node.js, Terraform Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python

Passionate about automation, system efficiency, and security

Experience with Log Management and Analytics tools

Proficient in tools like AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, Gradle

Experience with Unit/Integration Testing

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code

Able to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with Raft

Bachelors

degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field

Highly preferred:

Experience with writing custom Helm Charts

Basic experience with Big Data

Multilingual programming abilities

Knowledge in automation languages like Python or GoLang

Clearance Requirements:

Active Secret security clearance

Work Type:

Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO

May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range :

$90,000 - $170,000

The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
