to join our growing team.How you’ll make us better:Administer Office 365 including MS Exchange and SharePointSupport Network and Email migrationsAdminister Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Active DirectoryBuild and manage packages and applications for deployment with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM)Build and maintain infrastructure as codeMonitor and respond to infrastructure events using tools such as Datadog and OpsGeniePerform regular system upgrades and patches to address vulnerabilities identified with TenableDeploy and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment and network infrastructureTroubleshoot complex and escalated issues to include Root Cause Analysis on diverse systems and topologiesAuthor and maintain Azure Functions and/or Azure Automation RunbooksSupport information technology compliance with applicable regulations and standards including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, to include artifact gathering for yearly auditsStrong organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new technologiesAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team membersPrerequisites for success:High School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline preferredFive (5) years of system administration or system engineering experience requiredCertifications in Office 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco, and/or CompTIA Security + preferredStrong knowledge of vulnerability management, including patch management and addressing security risksStrong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies such as IPv4, DHCP, DNS, VLANsIntermediate knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings such as AWS, Azure, and Office 365Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop ServicesIntermediate knowledge of Intune and MCM (formerly SCCM)Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or T-SQLWe saved the best for last.In exchange for the dynamic contribution you’ll bring to our team, we offer:Medical, dental, vision and life insuranceShort and long-term disability coverage401(k) plan3 weeks paid time off in your first year + paid holidaysDiscounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family membersWhy Smile Doctors?As the nation’s leading Orthodontic Support Organization, Smile Doctors is shaping the future of orthodontics through strategic partnerships with top local doctors.
