Business Solutions Analyst

First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work.The Business Solutions Analyst will focus on being the analyst for our Recovery Solutions, Cards, Wealth Management, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration business units. They will manage tasks from start to finish, from idea through implementation.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Developers, product owners, and business unit stakeholders on product design, requirements, and implementation of new workflows, applications, automations, and solutions.Improve processes and increase efficiency by studying current business practices and software applications, recommending improvements.Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements for user stories.Review and provide recommended program and process improvements in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process.Prepare workflows, charts, reports, and diagrams to analyze processes and create efficiencies for bank teams.Identify, implement, and support solutions using Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint Power Automation, and workflow technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field; or a minimum of two years as a business analyst or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Demonstrated experience with banking operations, knowledge of banking core, deposit, lending, and payment software systems preferred.Ability to manage projects and implement change as needed.Organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to research solutions.Familiar with the Agile SDLC and its ceremonies.Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing stories and features.We show our employees we care by providing competitive benefits, training, and growth opportunities.
