Install Manager

in our Olathe office. We sell, service and install every type of door you can imagine! Our managers are skilled at scheduling, dispatching, project management, managing a field force and they are held accountable for managing labor costs. If you possess strong managerial and leadership skills please apply!Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the departmentPlan, manage and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executedReview workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective mannerEnsure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customerParticipate in the annual budgeting process for the Department and the plan to executeDeliver return on sales that exceed your financial budget forecast for your assigned business unit(s)Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improveImprove individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviewsAssist with hiring, training and developing new employeesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree, highly preferredResponsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectationsReview customer survey data, respond to customer concernsPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsMust possess a Valid Driver's LicenseWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
