Weekend Availability REQUIRED
Essential Duties
Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
Prep all food items to company standards.
Hold and store all food items following food safety guidelines.
Assist in unpacking and storing incoming inventory deliveries.
Inform management when back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
Clean kitchen and storage areas.
Take out trash.
Clean and maintain equipment to company standards.
Non-Essential Job FunctionsMaintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include:
Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time.
Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead.
Making observations and communicating with others.
Reading and writing.
Position RequirementsWork 10-25 hours per week.
Complete in-store training program.
