Summary :As a Business Systems Analyst Lead you will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the Enterprise Entitlement Engine (EEE), a critical system managing customer access to banking features and services. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful solution delivery.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from diverse stakeholders (product owners, business users, technical teams) using various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis).Document and model current and future state business processes related to feature and entitlement management; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications (use cases, user stories, data models). Create comprehensive documentation articulating system functionality and user experience.Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and participate in testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and resolving conflicts. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile and Waterfall, with demonstrable experience in at least one).Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues related to feature and entitlement usage.Collaborate with development, testing, and other IT teams (e.g., BOL, Mobile, ESS, ROL) to ensure seamless EEE integration.Experience working with APIs and web services.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in business systems analysis3+ experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements3+ Years experience in creating various documentation artifacts (use cases, user stories, data models, process flows – provide examples of work product).Summary:As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our transactional search application. You will responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies to identify and address defects early in the development lifecycle.Duties and Responsibilities:Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, analyze test results, and report on test coverage and defect metrics.Defect Management: Track and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle, working closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide QA team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.Cloud Technologies: Demonstrate proficiency in working with cloud-based environments and leveraging AI/ML technologies for testing.Test API and Web Services: Design, develop, and execute test plans for API and web services, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Jmeter, ReadyAPI/GroovyScript).Demonstrated experience working with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML technologies.Successfully completed at least three software testing projects, resulting in a documented reduction in defects of at least 15% compared to previous projects.Preferred Qualifications:Experience testing applications built with LLM and Vertex AI.Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulations.Experience with API and web services testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
