Located around the world, connecting remotely and working on projects that add real value to the global economy.We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our diverse and fully remote team at Kings Crest Global. Your role will include frontend and backend development of new and existing websites using custom themes and plugins based on the requirements.You will work with the web development team, directly with a project manager, alongside the sales and marketing teams. What you'll do

Develop custom WordPress themes and Elementor widgets that meet client requirements and adhere to coding standards.Collaborate with the Head of Development, project manager, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure timely delivery.Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments and best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.Assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Document code changes and update project management tools accordingly.What you'll need

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in WordPress development.Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.Take ownership of your assigned tasks and ensure proactive completion to minimize the need for follow-up.Proficient level of English.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong technical knowledge of WordPress and proficiency in frontend technologies.Strong understanding of custom theme development and Elementor widget development.Familiarity with GitHub and coding standards.Previous work experience in ThemeForest is a plus.Experience with custom plugin development.Solid understanding of layouts and good UI and UX design.Proven troubleshooting and performance testing skills.Demonstrated experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.Working knowledge of jQuery, jQuery UI, and jQuery Plug-ins.Demonstrated experience working with WooCommerce plugins and the ability to create WooCommerce add-ons with ease using multiple hooks/actions.Experience working with Jira task management.Work experience in other CMS will be given preference.Why work with us?
