Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent3 to 4+ years of professional experienceFunctional Knowledge: Proficiency in the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) is A MUST.Business Acumen and Proficiency in all Amadeus productsExperience in incident management, handling fraudulent cases, project coordination and managementPassionate about cybersecurity and/or data privacyProject management certification such as PMP is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a globally matrixed and complex organization, to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to adapt quickly to learn new skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsJob Scope:As a Business Information Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our organization from security threats, fraud, and privacy breaches. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Anti-fraud team, and customer-facing departments. If you’re passionate about security, privacy, and have a good understanding of the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS), this role is an excellent fit.Incident Management:Define and maintain incident response templates for various fraud and security scenarios.Swiftly respond to fraud and security incidents reported by customers.In coordination with GSOC & Anti Fraud teams, perform initial incident analysis.Security Assessment Questionnaires and RFPs:Respond to security assessment questionnaires and address security-related inquiries in RFPs from customers.Support the 3rd party security assessment.User Management for NFO (Non-Fully Owned ACOs):Manage guest user account lifecycle, maintaining accurate guest user information.Manage the Partner Market security training program lifecycle ensuring training is appropriately assigned and completed.Data Privacy Oversight:Monitor the annual reviews of Data Privacy documents, including Initial Privacy Assessments (IPA), Processing Activities (PA), and product-specific privacy checklists (PCL).Deployment of security features:Coordinate (project mode) deployment activities of various security artifacts: Access rights in the region, DMARC, Multi-Factor Authentication, Distribution Airline PCI DSS compliance, etc...Diversity & InclusionAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer.
