Design and architect Intune solutions tailored to meet the requirements of Microsoft 365 transition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Configure and deploy Intune policies, profiles, and settings to manage devices effectively, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory for seamless device enrollment, user authentication, and access control, ensuring a unified identity and access management approach.Define and implement security policies and compliance settings within Intune to enforce device encryption, data protection, conditional access, and threat prevention measures.Manage and deploy applications to devices using Intune, including line-of-business (LOB) apps, store apps, and Win32 applications, ensuring proper installation, updates, and removal processes.Configure and enforce conditional access policies in Intune to control access to corporate resources based on device compliance, user identity, and risk factors, enhancing security posture and risk mitigation.Implement MDM capabilities in Intune to remotely manage devices, including device enrollment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.Implement MAM policies in Intune to manage and secure corporate data within mobile apps, including app protection policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and app tunneling.Monitor Intune environment health, performance, and compliance status using built-in reporting and monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain service availability and integrity.Create comprehensive documentation, technical guides, and training materials for Intune administrators and end-users, facilitating knowledge transfer and enabling self-service capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements, define solutions, and communicate project milestones and updates effectively.Stay up to date on Intune updates, features, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and enhancement of Intune services to drive operational efficiency and innovation.Qualifications
Proficiency in designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions for device management, application management, and security enforcement.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem components, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Office 365 applications.Experience with implementing and configuring Intune features such as conditional access, compliance policies, app protection policies, and Autopilot deployment.Knowledge of identity and access management principles, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.Familiarity with mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile operating systems (Windows, macOS), including device enrollment, configuration, and security management.Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune management tasks and reporting.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
