Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules, perform management, technical, or business case analyses, collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. The tasking for this opportunity includes but is not limited to the following: Provide analytical support to the Secure Communications integration and the TACCOM development teams. Represent the PMA209 TACCOM team at various meetings/events. Support the tracking of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) procurements and delivery schedules for the secure communications team. Support planning/tracking acquisition of new capabilities integrated into the ARC-210 system. Liaison with all areas of the TACCOM team and the PMA209 International Program team. Provide program analyst efforts developing acquisition/procurement packages for the ARC-210 TACCOM IPT. Provide acquisition support to research, plan, coordinate and draft contract documentation for the acquisition of advanced communication capabilities. Monitor contract execution. Identify potential program risks, opportunities and identify initiatives of future communication efforts. Support the monitoring of platform integration plans. Navy ERP and Common Spend Plan Tool experience. Have excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to an ability to work well with others in a demanding environment.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Navy ERP, NERP, Common Spend Plan Tool, CSPT, Senior Analyst, Senior Acquisition Analyst.Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A Master's Degree plus combined experience performing duties described in the functional description is required. Possess an active Security Clearance. Must have an understanding of avionics systems with a preferred background in communication systems and cryptographic devices.

$90-118 K/YR + BenefitsEssential Job Functions:Conduct technical engineering analysis on avionics parts and products that are entering obsolescence status. Generate engineering plans/processes/procedures needed to ensure service life sustainment of avionics used by the Fleet. Familiarity with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process and knowledge of how avionics products transition to the FST for sustainment purposes. Provide engineering support/technical analysis as required during Fleet Engineering Investigations (EI), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) reviews, electronic circuit/piece part analysis and review of Tech Pubs and Manuals. Provide planning and oversight to ensure that tested capabilities are verified and validated. Perform technical drawing engineering reviews for specification, dimensioning and tolerance requirement compliance. Operate with a variety of stakeholders, including PMA209 FST staff, the Fleet and external PMA customers. Provide analysis of technical/path forward decisions related to proposed system redesigns and/or the use of alternative or substitute parts.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Navy ERP, NERP, Common Spend Plan Tool, CSPT, Senior Analyst, Senior Acquisition Analyst.Required Skills:

A minimum of ten years of broad knowledge of avionics hardware and software systems, with a comprehensive understanding of technical data analysis techniques, along with design engineering analysis processes and associated tools, including tools used to perform engineering based sustainment analysis. Have demonstrated capability to communicate effectively in presentations in dealing with technical peers and team and Navy management.
