Your position as a Senior Application Engineer will be to consult, support and conclude software migration for our customers. To be successful, you should be able to master the following
Requirements
Effectively showcase and communicate product features, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
Support our long-term American partner by assisting with follow-ups on the installed software base
Provide dedicated support to new customers transitioning from other CAD systems, ensuring a smooth migration process
Organize and lead global webinars to demonstrate product features and capabilities
Work closely with the Logopress product development team in France to define and beta test new features
Professional Background Requirements
5-7 years of professional experience in the design of progressive dies
CAD proficiency using one or more of these CAD solutions is a MUST: CATIA, NX, SOLIDWORKS, and/or VISI
Knowledge of Logopress software is an advantage, but not required
Experience working with small to medium-sized progressive tool & die companies
Excellent understanding with the needs of progressive die makers including die design, flattening, blank shape and nesting prediction, and modeling of complex-shaped intermediate stages
Excellent project management skills
Able to exhibit patience with passion with prospects and customers with product knowledge
Fostering great communication skills when collaborating with team members, prospects, and existing customers by phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions
Enjoy new working challenges as they arise
Self-Motivated and prefer working independently (your direct manager will be in Europe)
Flexibility to handle other duties as assigned
Willing and able to travel within the US and Canada, with occasional travel to Europe
Motivated to succeed in a small company environment
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
