This is a Simulation System Analyst position at the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the TRADOC COEs, Schools & Institutions task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024. This position is contingent upon contract award.What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute individual MCIS and Simulation (puckster) training at echelons for Battalion and Brigade School of Command Prep exercises.Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable simulations and/or mission command information systems.Execute training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times.Provide individual MCIS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certification.Follow doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series, "Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function". Teach and coach during exercise/event execution, simulation functionality and operations to training unit personnel who will be operating simulation workstations during training exercises/events.On occasion, operate simulation system or MCIS for the unit during execution of the training event.Requirements and Qualifications
5 years experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.5 years service in or support to the Army or other national defense service.3 years experience developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer hardware and application software.3 years MCIS teaching experience.United States Citizen.Active SECRET Clearance.We Take Care of Our People
