Job Description

Two resources at Level 2·

Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)·

Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment·

Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler,·

Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus·

Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.Additional Information
