POSITION SCOPE:
The Mary Campbell Center located in Wilmington, DE is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills to support our staff and residents effectively. The IT Support Specialist will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and providing responsive support across various IT systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Active Directory Management:
Create and manage user profiles, security, and distribution groups.
Understand and organize Active Directory Organizational Units and permissions.
Windows Operating System and Server Management:
Support Windows 10/11 Pro environments, including domain joining and managing UNC filepaths.
Manage Windows Server roles, services, and troubleshoot as needed.
Networking:
Maintain a robust understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP schemes.
Utilize basic networking commands for troubleshooting and network maintenance.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
Manage user accounts, group memberships, and MFA enrollment via Microsoft Entra ID.
Handle license assignments and basic Exchange server tasks including mail flow and mailbox permissions.
Application Support:
Familiarity with secured access systems like Securitas and UniFlow, similar to PaperCut for secured printing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong foundation in Active Directory, Windows OS/Server, and networking.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing high-level customer service.
Experience with door badging systems and secure printing solutions preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in any field, IT related a plus.

Provide excellent customer service, balancing responsiveness with efficient prioritization of tasks.
Demonstrate a compassionate and professional demeanor with both residents and staff; our residents have a wide range of ability for dexterity and communication, so patience is a must.
