SAP Infrastructure Management Operations Engineer .The primary responsibility of this role is to manage, support, and kaizen an SAP ERP Platform by tracking KPIs & SLAs, executing support runbooks, conducting root cause investigations, and countermeasure execution.Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Business Technology Platform department's objective to improve the user experience, strive for 100% business continuity, and empower people and organizations to collaborate more efficiently.What you’ll be doing
Hands-on SAP Platform management, maintenance, support, and triaging through tickets, emails, and Jira storiesAnalyze the impact, document the root cause of the problem, and recommend an appropriate and effective solution. Work with the SAP Support team on Service Requests for Functionality issuesCollaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current conditions, and identify, and prioritize business requirements as well as improvement opportunities.Identify areas where automation can assist with maintenance tasks or system stabilityWhat you bring
6+ yrs SAP or other ERP platform management experience3+ yrs AWS Cloud infrastructure managementSAP basic security configurations4+ yrs SAP Database management and maintenanceExperience and knowledge in integration of SAP with non-SAP systems, including internally developed and off-the-shelf software2-4 yrs experience in critical platform support, incident management & resolution, and root cause investigationAdded bonus if you have
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred in Computer Science and/or Business Administration or EquivalentAbility to work with large, distributed teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills, and abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced/high-pressure cultureExperience in Scrum and Agile methodologiesExperience in SAP Technical CapacityStrong business critical platform managementSelf-motivated individuals preferredSAP Certified Technology AssociateWhat We’ll Bring
