DURATION: 10 Months +Job Description: Our Client is looking for a BI Designer/Developer.Responsibilities:

Designs and implements IS business analysis services on projects while working with IS project teams and business clients.Partners with the business to understand and map current and proposed business processes.Identifies and defines technology solutions that will support short and long-term business objectives and strategies.Analyses and prioritizes business process changes and technical solution enhancements.Documents high-level detailed requirements and solutions. Recommends budget and resource estimation and cost-benefit analysis.Supports and executes project processes and business adoption of completed solution.Leads clarification sessions using prototypes, use-case scenarios and other tools to facilitate discussion and set appropriate client expectations.Provides leadership in creating service support models (for technology support), delivery models, and development priorities.Partners with key business process participants to identify areas for process and/or application functionality improvement.Determines and verifies solution concepts by partnering with technology experts (for possible solutions), performing solution assessments, conducting vendor assessments, providing solution recommendations, and comparing the actual solution to the original requirements.Partners with project teams by managing vendors, partnering with support and maintenance, and communicating off-shore requirements as required.Supports project execution (ongoing requirements elaboration, design reviews, functional reviews and supporting the application development lifecycle).Maintains detailed business process requirements and associated documentation.Develops other required documentation, such as process maps/models and meeting minutes.Education/Technical skills:

7 years’ experience with BS/BA degree desired.SAP functional knowledge in the areas of Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Packaging, and Manufacturing is a must.Expert level technical experience of SAP BI.BI Models including: BI Modelling Expertise, I Transformations, I Enterprise Data Warehouse Landscape, I Analysis Process Designer, I Web Application Designer for Reporting, I Cross Functional Impacts.Experience in ABAP, IP, and APD is a must.Experience with Business Objects and HANA is a plus.Required:

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE experience IN Manufacturing or Inventory process towers and or Inventory spaces IS A MAJOR plus.The versions of BI and BO that this group is currently using BI 7.3 & BOBJ 4.0.Should have worked extensively in the BI Manufacturing area.Should have worked with Business Object Tools (Webi, Analysis for OLAP, Design Studio) Knowledge.Should have designed/developed IP solutions.Should have expert level knowledge in performance tuning.Should have ABAP knowledge.Qualifications
