We are looking for a Systems Administrator who enjoys working independently and thrives in a project-led environment. In this role, you will manage our Workday System which includes security roles, business processes, system integrations, and implementation of new modules. Workday System Administrator:
Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, and optimization.
Manage Workday security configuration, business processes, and security administration.
Responsible for being knowledgeable regarding the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Monitor and track progress on Workday support tickets and collaborate with functional leads on escalated issues.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to security and business process functions regularly.
Project Management/Workday Planning:
Participate in strategy planning with manager to implement new Workday modules as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Workday system configurations.
Lead the configuration and maintenance of core Workday components.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Workday business processes, custom reports, and analytics.
Provide end-user support and training for effective use of Workday.
Lead system testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality.
Review the work of primary report writer and consult on creating complex calculated fields.
About You
Minimum of 4-year degree and four (4) years of related experience OR Master’s degree and two (2) or more years of related experience.
Experience administering Workday including system-level security, business processes, and configurations.
Thorough understanding of Workday Administration regarding functional configuration, reporting, security, and integration.
Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to analyze data input/output for accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range:
$75,000.00 – $85,000.00
annually, based on your experience.
