Responsible for planning and managing activities within the assigned digital roadmaps. This includes multiple Agile scrum teams that support their respective Digital Roadmaps and associated applications and technologies utilizing various computing architectures, (e.g., client/server, intranet, web) or mainframe platforms.Team Culture

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills & Abilities
7-10 years of project management experience7-10 years of experience working in Agile methodology/scrum framework7-10 years of experience with data analysis and reporting3-5 years of experience in a product ownership role or product management experienceExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively7-10 years of experience working in software development teams and strong understanding of principles and practicesExperience in effectively managing remote and hybrid teams, promoting communication, collaboration, and coordination across geographically dispersed membersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively and strategicallyAdept at providing mentorship that drives individual growth and career progressionAbility to effectively collaborate with line of business and IT partners to drive strategic objectivesAbility to understand and track metrics for efficient product deliveryAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel and work after hours when requiredWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements
