Together, we work towards a unified goal of helping millions of Americans achieve aspirations of homeownership through the complete mortgage journey.A Typical DayThe Data and Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to support the Data, Reporting, and Analytical needs for Mortgage Operations. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing solutions for clients and establishing processes and measurement protocols.The Data and Analytics Manager will:Lead and manage cross-functional projects as an analytics expert to ensure projects are aligned with the company strategy when developing solutions for our clients.Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk related to information management and provisioning.Analyze historical portfolio and industry trends that assist with the creation of predictive models that forecast performance.Perform time series analyses and forecasts based on seasonality, trend, and cyclicality.Oversee the tracking/reporting of client data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to assess business performance and recommend related strategies.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline.5+ years of relevant, professional work experience in an agency environment.Fluent in using Microsoft Excel for data transformation, analysis, and presentation.Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience strongly preferred.Why You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
