The ideal candidate is not only knowledgeable in IT infrastructure but also excels in leadership, strategy, and business operations. This role involves designing, building, monitoring, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, with a key focus on aligning technology initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals, developing forward-thinking strategies, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports and enhances the organization's mission. Additionally, you will act as a mentor, coach, and advocate for your team, making their contributions visible, impactful, and aligned with our organizational objectives.What You Will Do:Design, oversee, and ensure the secure and compliant performance of a critical IT network infrastructure that serves as the backbone for generating and delivering power to over two million people across three states.Lead in a dynamic environment and thrive on envisioning future technology trends and taking a collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach to solving challenges.Manage a modern software-defined network, coordinate with external stakeholders to maintain, and enhance a multi-state fiber network and drive the transition of our Infrastructure and Operations organization into a modern DevOps platform team.Be the storyteller for your team, ensuring their work is visible, understood, and recognized at all levels of the organization.What We Are Looking For:Passion for technology and proven track record of guiding high-performance teams to success through servant leadership.Strength to bridge gaps between technology and business, ensuring that every technological advancement serves a greater purpose within the organization.Experience in crafting and executing technology roadmaps for both on-premises and cloud solutions.
