(Please answer these questions in your cover letter):Do you have at least 7 or more years of JavaScript web or mobile applications development or support experience?Do you have experience with: JavaScript Application Development?Do you have experience with ALL of the following: HTML, CSS, REST Web Services, SOAP Web Services, Version Control Systems, Soap UI and Unit Testing Tools?Are you able to work on-site fulltime in Norfolk, VA?ROLE DESCRIPTION:Solutions Engineer Advisor Sr. Experienced JavaScript/AngularJS Developer to work with complex multi-tier Mobile applications.Responsibilities include:Application development, release management, support systems and ongoing support.Participating in all phases of the Agile development and maintenance life cycle.JavaScript/Angular JS application development with advanced knowledge of web application frameworks.Working with Scrum team to define application scope and objectives.Collaborating with engineers and graphic designers, analyzing and classifying complex change requests.Analyzing and evaluating detailed business and technical requirements.Developing and performing unit testing, identifying and fixing defects.Mentoring others and improving system quality.Coding and maintaining complex components of information systems.Developing and maintaining active relationships with the business to better understand business requirements.Providing rotational on-call support and monitoring the system.Leading multiple or large projects and facilitating large group JAD sessions.Owning the change request process and coordinating with other teams.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training.7 or more years related experience; including 3 or more years of experience on one platform, multiple databases.Ability to mentor others and lead small projects.Experience with multiple programming languages or business applications.JavaScript is required; AngularJS preferred.Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills.Additional Requirements:RESTful web servicesAgile Scrum developmentVersion control systems (Git Preferred, Stash or CVS)Nice to Have: Java Enterprise (JEE 6) development, Java Application Server (Websphere), SOAP web services, React / React Native, Cordova, SQL, Grunt, Gulp, SASS, Jasmine, Karma
