Role:Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Java Enterprise Developer to support The Internal Revenue Service in designing and developing Java EE Web Applications with user interface experience as part of the IRS MeF Portal Applications. Comply with project guidelines, perform unit and integration testing, maintain web applications as required.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Web Applications as part of the IRS MeF solution in compliance with project guidelines.
Perform unit and development level integration testing as needed.
Perform code maintenance based on needs of IBM testing, customer testing, and production issues.
Support of integration of MeF Portal Web Applications with MeF Backend application.
Documentation of software design and code.
Minimum Requirements:
Eight (8) years of development experience with JEE (Web Application, REST, Servlets, JSP, XML, JAXB, SAX, DOM, Log4J), HTML 5.0, JavaScript, XSLT, SOAP.
Four (4) years of experience Spring MVC v5.x framework, React, Angular, Maven, Section 508 Compliance.
Four (4) years of experience with JBoss EAP v7.x Development and Administration.
Four (4) years of experience with Apache Web Server v 2.4.
Four (4) years of experience developing automated unit tests with JUnit.
Three (3) years of experience with Rational Software Architect, Eclipse, or JBoss studio.
Other required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), CMMi Level 3, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:
IBM EWM for source code and defect management.
RedHat OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, Springboot.
AWS.
