As we work to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and foster a sense of belonging throughout the company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world?In the role of Data Solutions Business Class Lead, we'll count on you to:Take responsibility for the Northern California area Data Solutions business class, including the coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of Data Solutions business class staff consistent with direction and goals of the national business class.Participate in delivery of project services to meet client expectations. Work directly with clients to appropriately assess data management needs for complex infrastructure projects. Develop data management processes and strategies to deliver accessible, relevant, data-driven solutions to our clients.Function as Project Manager or Data Solutions Task Lead and take responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities.Be a technology leader for the area and participate as a subject matter expert and technical resource on large multidisciplinary projects.Work with project teams and Data Solutions professionals to implement a variety of ArcGIS solutions including Hub, Portal, web applications, data-driven dashboards, GIS-supported 3D technologies, and custom application development.Participate in Data Solutions business class practice and professional discipline groups, project teams and activities to continually improve standards and best practices, and implement effective quality assurance and quality control reviews.Collaborate on Data Solutions business class efforts with Northern California area operations, marketing and project management. Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.Participate in business class strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation.Take responsibility for operations of Data Solutions NorCal team including staff development, profitability, morale and quality control. Select, train, develop and manage technical personnel.See that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system while implementing, monitoring and supporting company policy.Perform other duties as needed.Preferred Qualifications

Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand.Ability to handle multiple assignments.Good leadership and organizational skills.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.10 years of experience.Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience experienced in development and management of diverse teams.Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.Primary Location:
