DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a

DevOps Engineer

to manage, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime for our critical systems, including our casino affiliate management system (CIS) and marketing websites. You’ll collaborate with our CTO, media buyers, and developers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our servers and systems run seamlessly 24/7.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience

as a DevOps Engineer.Proficiency in

Linux ,

Bash scripting , and managing virtual machines.Experience with

AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean , and cloud infrastructure management.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and server automation tools like

Puppet

and

Jenkins .Solid understanding of

DNS, HTTPS certification , and domain management.Strong knowledge of security protocols, particularly for preventing cyber-attacks (DDOS, malware).Basic development skills in

PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JS .Nice to Have:Experience with

affiliate marketing .Knowledge of

Snowflake ,

SnowPlow , and

DataOps .Familiarity with

BI

tools and ETL orchestration with

Airflow .Working Hours:

3:00 PM PST – 12:00 AM PSTJob Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management:Maintain servers on

AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean

(Ubuntu/Nginx/Apache).Automate deployments and server provisioning using tools like

Puppet, Jenkins, Docker .Oversee

DNS ,

HTTPS certificates , and domain management via

Cloudflare

and other registrars.Utilize monitoring tools such as

Pingdom, Zabbix, Graylog

to ensure uptime.Server Automation & Maintenance:Build and maintain automation scripts for server provisioning and deployments.Monitor and manage

SSH keys , users,

VPNs , and

SMTP email servers .Secure infrastructure with

DDOS protection, Fail2ban , and malware detection tools.Database Management:Work with

SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake , and manage ETL pipelines using

Apache Airflow

and

DBT .Version Control & CI/CD:Manage version control using

Git , and handle CI/CD processes via

GitLab CI/CD

and

GitHub Actions .Manage cloud services on

AWS (SNS, SQS, S3, EC2, VPC) .Security & Compliance:Implement security protocols for servers, including

SSO ,

network configurations , and protection against hacking threats.Scripting & Development:Develop and maintain bash scripts for automation.Collaborate on development tasks requiring

PHP, Python, SQL, JS, HTML, CSS .First 3 Months Focus:Manage and maintain marketing websites and affiliate systems.Use and improve provisioning scripts for new server setups.Monitor systems and servers, ensuring consistent uptime.Work on security measures to protect from threats, including DDOS attacks.Take Your Career to the Next Level!
