Conduct and document training activitiesImplement training material in response to policy and procedure changesConduct routine workforce audits to assess workforce performance to CAS and client performance expectations; Provide corrective action as requiredCommunicate with various company departments to coordinate actionsRemain current on policies and procedures to ensure up-to-date workforce trainingMinimum Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 18 years oldMinimum of one (1) year of site-specific experience or airport regulated under 49 C.F.R. Part 1542Possess, or willing to obtain, a valid Security Guard License as defined by D.R.M.C. Article 5, Chapter 42Possess a state issued driver's license or a valid State Issued I.D. cardMinimum of a high school diplomaMust read, write, and speak English proficientlyMust have previous experience in training, adult learning, testing/evaluation, and/or performance supportGood computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust be able to identify and analyze problems; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisionsMust be neat, well-groomed, and present a professional appearanceMust be able to work around the flexibility and changing schedules, including being available to work shifts throughout the day, afternoon, evening, and overnight, as requiredCovenant Aviation Security is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
