The successful candidate will be part of ManTech's Program, supporting Google Cloud. The position is Operations Center IT (OCIT) working in parallel with sister workstream, GDCH Deployment. This is a customer-facing role; you must enjoy working directly with the customer as well as part of a team of engineers. You will deploy OCIT software as well as troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, Cloud Services, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. This work sometimes includes non-standard work hours and is Remote based with activities occurring in various data centers in Virginia (Culpeper, Sterling, Warrenton, Tysons). Onsite work activities are subject to customer implementation schedule.

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

Enterprise Windows application management

Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)

Host Configuration Protocol (HCP)

Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

Active Directory

Configuration Manager

Desired State Configuration debugging

PowerShell foundational skills

HyperV administration skills

Moderate networking experience as it relates to DHCP, DNS, and vLans in relation to virtual machine

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline, OR 4 additional years of related technical experience may be substituted for education

5+ years of windows administration experience.

Strong Windows administration experience

Experience working in an organization with complex, intertwined systems and data flows

Experience with domain account management

Experience applying security patches in a Windows environment

Strong scripting experience, especially PowerShell

Ability to manage a large, complex server environment (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016)

Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Access Control Service (ACS)

Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook

Experience with Symantec and McAfee virus detection products

Certifications:

CISSP desired

Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position needs to move about inside datacenters and be able to bend and reach to access cables and hardware in support of the position.

Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
