Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our SAAS Products.Key Responsibilities

Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experienceResearch customers, competitors, and productsDevelop personas, scenarios, and user storiesWork with stakeholders to identify requirementsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-upsCreating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedbackTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfacesDesigning UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational componentsCreating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teamsIncorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experienceInvestigate and demonstrate an understanding of the industry's most recent trends and innovations.Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.Develop and implement usability testingDesign for accessibility standardsCreate and maintain usability documentationWork with developers to ensure product qualityEnsure products are tested with customers and validated against business goalsMandatory Skills

Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or SketchUX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVisionExperience with user testing and usability analysisA professional UI/UX design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms. Working knowledge of UX design principlesWorking knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.A team player who can work independently, too.Previous Experience in Analytics & Dashboard products is a must-have.Desired Skills

Good knowledge on US HealthcareExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.You can be the right candidate!
