About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure, Identity Management, Intune, and Meraki systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining cloud environments, managing devices, and ensuring network security and efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining our technology operations and supporting the scalability of our IT services.Key Responsibilities:
Identity Management: Administer and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, group management, access controls, and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.Intune Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of devices using Microsoft Intune, including mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).Meraki Network Administration: Configure and manage Meraki network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal network performance and security.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems promptly.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other IT teams and provide technical support to end-users as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on cloud and network administration.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, or equivalent certifications.Status:
