This position will engage and work with business customers and IT support teams to develop, deploy and maintain solutions that ensure compliance with global standards.Job DutiesSAP FICO Configuration:Design and build SAP FICO configurations for support and project-related activities.Act as a key liaison between SAP Finance, SD, MM, Security, ABAP teams, and Finance Business Teams.Ensure timely delivery of quality outputs with no disruptions in other areas.SAP ERP Upgrade to HANA S/4:Support the SAP ERP upgrade to HANA S/4 in the near future.Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to cost accounting, product pricing, cost analysis, and margin analysis.Configure and customize SAP solutions proficiently to align with business requirements.Project Management:Lead and manage SAP-related projects from inception to completion.Coordinate project activities, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders for project success.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions.End-to-End SAP Implementations:Drive end-to-end SAP implementations by gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.Configure SAP modules to meet business needs.Process Optimization and Automation:Collaborate with business users to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using SAP functionalities.Testing and Change Management:Participate in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth transitions to new SAP solutions.Perform system testing and validation to guarantee accurate system behavior and data integrity.Utilize in-depth expertise in cost accounting principles, product pricing strategies, cost analysis methodologies, and margin analysis techniques.Design and implement SAP solutions that enhance financial decision-making.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align SAP functionalities with cost-related business processes.Continuously monitor and assess the performance of SAP solutions, identifying areas for improvement and proactively proposing enhancements.Expert-Level Support:Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues.Ensure minimal disruption to business operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or MIS or a related field is required, a Master’s degree is preferred.10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with a demonstrated track record of leading successful SAP projects and implementations.Hands-on configuration experience with SAP version ECC 6.0 or greater2 SAP full cycle implementationSAP S/4 Hana implementation is plusStrong communication skills is requiredPrevious project management experience is a plusAbility to work independently or as a teamBilingual Chinese Mandarin is requiredCertifications in relevant SAP modules is highly preferredExperience as a technical resource in prior roles is preferredLocationThis position will be full time and on-site at our Sugar Land, Texas location.Why AOI?In addition to competitive salary, AOI offersFlexible and competitive health (medical, dental, vision) plans offer the employee with the right options to meet individual and family needs.Employer matching on 401(k) deferrals.Generous PTO policy, with unused PTO payout at end of the year.Relocation package available within US.Immigration sponsorships (Must be currently authorized to work in the US).
