As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) / Power Platform Technical Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of various D365 (CRM) solutions for our clients. You will have the ability to scale across projects as capacity allows. You will be responsible for working with Client Stakeholders to set vision, technical direction and solution shaping of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) technology stack.Responsibilities:
It is envisaged this role will consist of 60% time for client billable projects and 40% time for non-billable activities such as technical pre-sales, mentoring etc.Day-to-day you will:Play the lead developer/solution architect role on your client projects and oversee your team’s work.Mentor junior team members.Ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery.Create, review, and improve conceptual architecture and technical solutions designs.Take an active role in sales activities by providing technical pre-sales assistance.Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity.Facilitate and direct efforts to define technical, operational, and user requirements.Deliver content effectively to customer stakeholders at senior levels.Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you are likely a seasoned D365 (CRM)/Power Platform management professional with a great track record. You are able to understand large, complex CRM/Power Platform solutions and the business benefits they deliver. You are likely a great mentor with vast D365 (CRM) experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a board room as in front of a white board with the development team.Requirements:Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by CRM / Power Platform and its applicability to the Client business.Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its first party applications and the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flow).Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Azure (PaaS, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).Experience putting together both data migration and integration strategies.Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan.Experience in consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles.Experience in a management or leadership role.Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Years of Work Experience:
