Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you’ll do:You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and design.You will develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships.You will prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments.You will evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks.You will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders.What you’ll need to succeed:Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.Six (6) years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development.Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies.Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders.Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues, and risks.Like we said,
