Our successful team members also:Have a track record of success working with minimal supervisionAre a natural at providing superb customer service and a strong communicatorHave been recognized for reliability and attention to detailWant to join a fast-growing business with future advancement opportunitiesAre interested in learning new skillsAre interested in managing a team of technicians and applicatorsResponsibilities include:Train and directly supervise pest technicians (Supervisor Position)Be responsible for the actions of the pesticide technician while using or determining the need for the use of a pesticide(s)Determine the need for use of pesticides to treat yards for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pestsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customersEducate customers on the service, procedures, and expectationsComplete all required record-keeping on time and accuratelyOperate within the guidelines established by the State of NJ and Patio Patrol.A few must-have requirements:Maintain an active Pest Control License for the State of NJ in Category 8B? If you don't have we will pay for your licensing.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.Willing to submit to a background check and have a clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs.Willingness to achieve required certificationComfortable interacting with customersAre detail-oriented and a meticulous record-keeperTechnically proficient and able to use Smartphone and tablet appsAble to work flexible hours March through October, including some SaturdaysClean Driving RecordCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWe want customers to enjoy the outdoors without being interrupted by pests.
