Lead a team of front-end developers to build and maintain features and applicationsResearch, document, and promote the adoption of new processes and architectureIncrease the efficiency of the team by mentoring other team membersDemonstrate expert technical knowledge to guide the team in solving complex tasksCollaborate with management to identify technical milestone breakdowns and ensure that team development aligns with milestone targets and updatesGather business requirements and design technical solutions to meet those needsBenefits and Advantages
